Currently the limit pushdown code doesn't take into account the DVs when pruning the list of files based on the
limitvalue. This will result in wrong results forLIMITqueries. Update the code to takedv.cardinalitywhen finding the number of rows in aAddFile.It also adds
AddFilefor testing purposes.
