Support fetching QID with item's title #32

Right now QIDs are fetched using items PIDs (e.g., DOI). However, fetching QID using the item's title should be supported also before supporting entity creation when no QIDs are found, to reduce the probability of creating duplicates in Wikidata.

As suggested by David Lindemann via personal email, OpenRefine's reconciliation may be used for this.
