As suggested by Infovarius, add options to import citations from BibTeX file, and to export citations to BibTeX file.

This could also be used as an intermediary solution to support automatic extraction from PDFs (#61). Users could use the output of these services (hopefully in BibTeX format, or we could support another format as well), and import it as citations to their citing item.

Relating this to #39, as both are ways to simplify entering cited item metadata, thus encouraging users to contribute new "cites work" claims to Wikidata.
