Compilation fails on UWP #373

While attempting to compile a larger project that uses discord-rpc, compilation fails on the following error:

'lstrlenW`: identifier not found

This error occurs at lines 105, 112 and 124 of discord_register_win.cpp

Two more errors occur at line 40 of connection_win.cpp, being:

'CreateFileW': is not a member of '`global namespace"

and

'CreateFileW': identifier not found
