HideSoftInputOnTapped only works when ContentPage is in AppShell?

Description

Is HideSoftInputOnTapped suppose to work only in AppShell? If so it is not mentioned in the documentation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set ContentPage containing entry as MainPage.
2. Set HideSoftInputOnTapped to true
3. Clicking outside Entry in ContentPage doesn't hide the keyboard.

Verified this issue with Visual Studio 17.10.0 Preview 2(8.0.14 & 8.0.7). Can repro on android platform with sample project.

I am doing some workaround to achieve the same behavior because I simply could not get HideSoftInputOnTapped to work at all. Maybe this was the reason, after all 😮 Thanks for reporting it @kernshen
