@agocke Where do you see evidence of missing corerun in the logs?

The failures that I see in https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/public/_build/results?buildId=1632031&view=results are #65890

Ah, I looked at a different build and the only error was

C:\h\w\A4EC0959\w\A32E0967\e>taskkill.exe /f /im corerun.exe 
ERROR: The process "corerun.exe" not found.

And my brain turned off and I didn't properly read the taskkill line.
