microk8s serverVersion can't be parsed

Unfortunately, this can't be parsed because of integer version here:

tye/src/shared/KubectlDetector.cs

Line 51 in 013868d

var minor = int.Parse(element.Value.GetProperty("minor").GetString());

therefore, tye deploy doesn't work.
