detect-package-manager uses execa here:

https://github.com/egoist/detect-package-manager/blob/de2318f4b57ff1db8d8fba90948a834dd88de0bb/src/index.ts#L30

it only has basic usage of (cmd, args), so we can quite easily replace it with tinyexec, a much smaller alternative
