Building for Android needs at least
CMAKE_SYSTEM_VERSION(API level) andCMAKE_ANDROID_ARCH_ABI(CPU arch).I've pushed several patches for Android. This is the last one for agent to to build and run on latest Android.
Later I'll push some patches for client and MicroROS side.
