Update area labels to reflect new components of devworkspace engine

Update area labels to reflect new components of devworkspace engine.

At least one is missing:

• DevWorkspace Che operator which actually is supposed to handle DevWorkspace Routing with Che class. Proposals:

  1. area/dwr-che: dwr is short name for DevWorkspace Routing CR https://github.com/devfile/devworkspace-operator/blob/main/deploy/templates/crd/bases/controller.devfile.io_devworkspaceroutings.yaml#L15, so DWR Che is a component who handles Che related DWR;
  2. area/che-operator/devworkspace: since Che Operator and DWCO code bases are going to be merged, there is a proposal to have label like this, but I found it a bit confusing, as I think triagers will labels such way everything that is Che operator related + has a taste of engine/devworkspace-operator;
  3. area/devworkspace-che: since we have a plan to introduce even more devworkspace related CRDs, it makes sense to use wider area to handle all of them (DWR, CheUser, possible auth).
