Is your task related to a problem? Please describe

Currently we have two devfiles version 2 which don't use Universal image:

Here #20507 we can find more information about using universal image.

Describe the solution you'd like

We have to update these devfiles to use universal image. In case if universal image doesn't have some libraries or tools we have to contribute into https://github.com/devfile/developer-images to provide what is needed.
