Rewrite the Smoke test to use the quarkus-api-example

Currently, for the UI e2e smoke test (formerly known as "Happy Path") we use the empty workspace getting started sample from the User Dashboard. Need to rewrite the test to use the https://github.com/che-incubator/quarkus-api-example instead, which is the best sample we have, and use it in our demos / conferences and on the website - https://www.eclipse.org/che/#StartNow

Describe the solution you'd like

• Open UD "Create Workspace" Tab
• In the Import from Git section input https://github.com/che-incubator/quarkus-api-example
• Click Create & Open Button
• Wait Until the Workspace is started
• Check that the project is cloned correctly

Additional context

This e2e UI test should be used in periodic test summary for Developer Sandbox and in future enabled as the PR check for all Eclipse Che related repositories
