Error when passing the editor's Devfile link through the che-editor quary parameter

Describe the bug

It used to be possible to provide the link to an editor's Devfile through the che-editor query parameter:
https://<che_fqdn>#<git_repository_url>?che-editor=<url_to_a_file>

But currently, it doesn't work. See the attached screenshot.

Steps to reproduce

Try to create a workspace from a factory link
https://che-dogfooding.apps.che-dev.x6e0.p1.openshiftapps.com/#https://github.com/devfile/api?che-editor=https://eclipse-che.github.io/che-plugin-registry/main/v3/plugins/che-incubator/che-code/insiders/devfile.yaml

The workspace creation is failed. See the screenshot attached.

Expected behavior

The workspace should be created with the editor defined in the Devfile passed through the che-editor parameter.
