Users would like to know the minimal set of permissions that are required to deploy Eclipse Che on the cluster.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add links [1] [2] into [3] to mention the required permissions by the operator.
Also it is needed to mention the permissions to create CSV/Subscription/OperatorGroup resources if chectl/dsc is used.
Check if some permissions are redundant and must be removed from [1] and [2]
