Additional SPLINE bendpoints

Describe the bug

As described here, the SPLINE edge routing mode creates additioal bendpoints.

An example can be seen here.

Expected behavior

I expect the feedback edge to not have a bendpoint at the very end such that the port is upright and not to the right.

ELK Version

All recent versions of ELK and elkjs create this problem.
