Rename map visualization types

We currently have "Tile Map" and plan to introduce "Vector Map" in #10937. Names of these map types stem from technology used to render underlying basemaps, and not so much with the type of visualization resulting from these maps.

When we introduce the new map type, we have a chance to change the naming to be more intuitive from the usage perspective.

• Tile Map -> Coordinate Map (since it visualizes coordinate data in various ways — dots, grid, heatmap)
• Vector Map -> Region Map (since it is typically used to visualize data within bounds of geographic regions)
