Describe the feature:
Allow users to enable or disable the "filter for value" functionality in visualizations that support it today (break down by)

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
Primary use case - solutions
When I am integrating visualizations with break down by's in my application
I need to disable "Filter for value" / "Filter out value"
So I can avoid showing filter controls in contexts where it doesn't make sense (like Security Cases #122210)

Secondary use case - dashboard / canvas
When I am authoring a dashboard with visualizations that contain break down by's
And my target audience will be viewing but not interacting (like a TV screen, static monitor)
I need hide / disable "Filter for value" / "Filter out value" on dashboard view
So I can reduce the amount of options available on static displays based on my preferences

This is already possible (setting disableTriggers to true on the embeddable component)

Hi @flash1293 can you tell me where to set disableTriggers to true? Do I have to put it in the iFrame URL? or somewhere else?
