Timelion ignores timezone setting #12678

Is there any update on this issue? Also, #12375 is a potential duplicate. |
thanks @FrankyBoy for flagging the dupe. no update so far, this needs to be scheduled still. |
There a similar visualization issue where date range bucket visualizations are also missing the aggregation's timezone setting: #14450 |
I can reproduce it in Kibana 6.2.0 as well. |

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:
If I choose one of the following quick time ranges in Timelion the results shown are in a time range starting from 9am:
If I choose the same time ranges in discover mode I retrieve documents starting from 0am.
Result in discover mode

For "day before yesterday"
Result in timelion

For "day before yesterday"
