Dashboard short url embed link renders chrome

Describe the bug: When copying the embed code from the share menu on dashboard, the chrome is still rendered

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to dashboard
2. OPen share > embed code
3. Keep using snapshot
4. Use short url
5. Copy url (looks like this http://localhost:5901/jwp/app/r/s/rapid-quiet-dawn)
6. Open in new tab
7. Chrome is rendered

Expected behavior:
Chrome should not be rendered

Any additional context:

The URL gets expanded into something like this:

http://localhost:5901/jwp/app/dashboards#/view/e1216a80-ae6b-11ec-b1be-37eaf6e27827?embed=true&_g=(filters:!(),refreshInterval:(pause:!t,value:0),time:(from:now-7d,to:now))

Opening this URL directly works as expected and does not render the chrome (it seems to be related to the short url redirect)
