[Add Data] Add EUI icons to tutorials missing icons

In 6.4 we added a bunch of icons to EUI but unfortunately, we were a bit late in development of the release to get that version of EUI in before FF. However, we should have a more recent version of EUI available now that includes these icons. We'd like to make sure they are added to the Add Data UI before 6.5 FF.

As I see it, we need to add icons already available in EUI for the following modules:

• Ceph
• Couchbase
• Dropwizard
• Etcd
• Golang
• HAProxy
• Kafka
• Memcached
• MongoDB
• Osquery
• PHP-FPM
• Postgres
• Prometheus
• RabbitMQ
• Windows

@stacey-gammon @timroes who can we have update these modules before 6.5? Icons need to be shown in the card view as well as the details page (actual tutorial). @nreese originally implemented this view but is now on the GIS team.
