Whenever you have a legend open on discover, visualize, or dashboard, there are horizontal and vertical scrollbars wrapping the entire visualization in IE11. This is a regression starting in 4.4.0.

I found this issue when debugging the legends not expanding at all in IE11 in #5831. I suspect it has to do with flexbox properties in combination with the non-default box-sizing that we apply to all attributes, since IE ignores the box-sizing in that situation.
On only the dashboard, it looks like there are horizontal/vertical scrollbars regardless of whether the legend is expanded, though they are much worse when it is expanded.
