[Maps] Open in Maps

I bring this up here and there every once in awhile so wanted to jot down this concept in an issue.

I think it'd be great for Maps to be able to introduce a workflow component that allows you to navigate to the embedded map that you're viewing (in Maps). For the embeddable flow, since the map is defined in the app, we could take that JSON and open up the map up with a new map that mirrors what's in SIEM. From there, they can expand, customize and save separately to use in a dashboard.

This enables our users to start thinking about their data more geospatially and provides a path forward to start exploring further.

If you're in APM transactions or an uptime view, you should be able to take that map and jump into Maps for further analysis

If you're in SIEM network view, you should be able to open that map in Maps, tweak and add toa. dashboard

I'm not sure how much this makes sense for dashboard (you can just edit) but thought I'd add an example for Kibana flows. Canvas is probably more appropriate as an embeddable.

Dashboard already has Edit map button when you are in editing mode. Maybe this could just be available when not in edit mode. I would like APM and SIEM to have the same UI as dashboard and put this in a popover.
