[BUG] Two index patterns are missing from default Elastic Security indices list

Description

Two index patterns are missing from the default Elastic Security indices list:

• traces-apm*
• -*elastic-cloud-logs-*

When the default index patterns are changed in the securitySolution:defaultIndex setting, the UI displays the list of default patterns under the setting description, and lets you reset to default easily. Listing the default indices/index patterns in the docs requires maintenance, but doesn't provide any additional value to the user, since the list is available in the UI.
For this reason, we're removing the list of default indices/index patterns from the docs.
