There are actually two different failures, on different runs:

Timed out retrying after 10000ms: expected '<span.mx_NotificationBadge_count>' to have text '1', but the text was '2'

and

Timed out retrying after 10000ms: Expected to find element: .mx_ThreadPanel, but never found it.
