Summary
Rooms in Element that have a permanent voice/video channel.

Intended outcome
It is possible to create a room in Element that is a voice/video room. It has a persistent VoIP call associated with it, and users enter that call as soon as they enter the room.

This would really be awesome.
I always wanted to have an "element gaming" version of the app, very close to discord, but with matrix and the open source power in addition.

Hey, it would be great to have this feature, as we are using it in our organization all the time for the meetings, quick heads-ups, etc.:)

It does exist on Element-web and it is working very well.
Will it come to Android and iOS too?
