Enable ss02 for typography styles using Inter

Problem

By default, Inter uses a style for I/l and O/0 that look similar and are hard to differentiate. However, Inter provides a Disambiguation stylistic set under ss02 that helps with some of these problems and can improve accessibility

Proposal

Enable ss02 on text styles that use Inter by default to improve legibility
