Environment details (please complete the following information):

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open from file: SelectionTestForRGroup.zip
    It contains any atom wrapped into R-Group (any one)
    image
  2. Press Ctrl+A (Select All)
  3. Save it to KET file
  4. Load KET file back as New Project

Actual behavior
Atom is not selected

Expected behavior
Atom is selected
