As a User, I want to scale a multi-tail arrow so that I can adjust its size to fit my diagram.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Clicking and dragging on the corners of a selected multi-tail arrow should allow the user to scale it.
  2. The application should maintain the proportions of the arrow while scaling.

TBD:

  1. UI elements and behaviours.
