Programatically get line the user is typing on? #559

Just wondering, is there an easy way to get the line the user is currently editing from say, the context of /static/custom/pad.js?

I tryied searching around the code to find some method that would give me this information, but I couldn't find it.

search for getselection, I guess in ace2_inner.js
