Status update on the pending spec PRs:

• [EIP-4844] Return Modulus From Precompile EIPs#5864
  PR is ready to be merged
• [EIP-4844] Reduce Throughput EIPs#5863
  There was no feedback on the desired initial 4844 throughput levels. I think the values proposed by the PR - 0.25/0.5 MB (target/limit) - would be a sensible choice, so if there are no other opinions, we could merge this.
• [EIP-4844] Set A Minimum Data Gasprice EIPs#5862
  Some discussion, no consensus reached yet. Will remain open for now.

EIP-4844 for EthereumJS has been started here ethereumjs/ethereumjs-monorepo#2349 by @acolytec3. We are relatively early on, will try to join the call today, eventually Andrew as well.
