Now we:

  • Do not build ZBUFF_ by default in libzstd - still can force build by using ZSTD_LIB_DEPRECATED=1
  • Do not build ZBUFF_ in meson / VS
  • Do not build ZBUFF_ related tests, and remove them.
  • Update related unit tests
