Update Corrade and Magnum with changes for Python stub generation

Motivation and Context

Another two months worth of random Corrade + Magnum updates.

Mainly contains various fixes and updates to the Python bindings to make it possible to generate stubs for IDE autocompletion and type checking.

Besides that, the update contains the following:

• New Containers::StringView::count() and Utility::String::commonPrefix() APIs, internally with SSE2, AVX2 and WASM SIMD variants
• Utility::String::replaceAllInPlace() gained a SSE4.1, AVX2 and WASM SIMD variant as well
• Containers::StaticArray constructed from a C array now treats smaller element count as an error instead of implicitly default-constructing the rest
• A Containers::Function wrapper, giving you std::function in a smaller and nicer-to-debug package
• Various usability improvements to Text::AbstractFont, in particular an ability to query glyph IDs by name, and to directly use font glyph IDs to fill the cache. Useful for example with icon fonts or for ligatures that don't directly map to Unicode codepoints.
