Motivation

Once falcosecurity/falco#968 is merged in Falco will have CircleCI as its CI system.

This means that we can setup tide back to look at circle-ci github checks in order to automatically merge PRs or not. 🎉

Feature

Modify tide configuration for Falco repo.

As discussed with @fntlnz we should also customise the num of minimum approvers to 2 for Falco repo.
