unable to run aero template

Hey i am make this template working on my local pc on xampp.

first i clone this git repo then run follow the documentation and runn each command like npm install bower run but it end with lot of errors.

You must have jekyll installed. Would you mind sending a PR improving the docs?

i am wondering if you could provide the complete steps to keep your theme working on windows environment. because sometime npm install is breaking some time bower show errors.

and i would also want to ask is that template completely free for commercial use?

1. first i clone git repo.
2. second i run bower install.
3. third i run npm install << here is the problem.

This template is a little bit out of date. Unfortunately, I don't have time to keep it working anymore. Had some hope that people that were/are using it could help.
