1.19.3 Support (Beta)

Beta support for Minecraft 1.19.3. I haven't fully tested it yet, but basic posing should work - please feel free to open an issue if something breaks so I can fix it.

Currently Fabric only; Quilt probably won't work, but plans are to add support in a later release.
There should be no feature differences between this version and the 1.19.2 variant of 1.5.4.

Edit: the original update files may have been broken - I've uploaded new ones, so if you get an error saying the locale couldn't be found, try downloading them again
