By incorporating the API's DEFAULT_FILTER_BACKENDS, we refrain from altering the inherent behavior of the API's, such as the sorting field. The test developed was built upon the test_app, where 'rest_framework.filters.OrderingFilter' is specified as one of its DEFAULT_FILTER_BACKENDS.
