Render Overlays

Would be nice to be able to use custom overlays using flutter widgets.
Probably when #140 gets in it would be easier to mix mapbox and flutter.

While that does not happen, maybe just being able to access projection would help to draw overlays on top of the map?

@porfirioribeiro It's not a perfect solution, but you could try taking an image snapshot of the Flutter widget, adding it to the map with addImage() and then using that image with a symbol.
