[A380X/Texturing]: Buttons of ecam control panel unlit

Describe the bug

Some items of the ecam control panel do not have backlight such as TO CONF, Checklist buttons, ABN PROC, EMER CANC, ALL etc

Expected behavior

These buttons should have integral lighting as do the others

Steps to reproduce

Spawn with the plane at dark and turn on integral lighting & look at the ecam control section of the pedestral.
