Issue with submitting Stock Entry type of Manufacture with Scrap involved

Information about bug

Once work order is complete, based on BOM a stock entry document is created with the finished goods and scrap if specified in BOM. On checking "Inspection Required", the Item which goes to Finish Goods warehouse the Quality inspection is getting added.
But it Also asks for Quality of Scrap Item. On trying to add a quality inspection for scrap item we are unable to add the Quality Inspection.

• On trying to submit the Stock Entry, I get the below message.

• On trying to Create "Quality Inspection" from Create button, I get below error.

So, I am unable to perform stock entry unless I remove Scrap item from the stock entry or uncheck Inspection Required.
