Hello!

What is the best way to organize the process of employee acknowledgment of mandatory internal regulatory documents in HRMS? It’s important to be able to record each employee’s acknowledgment and track the status, showing who has acknowledged and who has not.

Are there any built-in tools in HRMS for this, or any solutions that can be adapted? Please share any experiences or recommendations for setting up such a process.

Describe the solution you'd like

The ideal solution would include:

  1. The ability to create lists (preferably multiple) containing records of documents. Each record should include a brief description of the document and a link to or attachment of the document.
  2. Automatic reminders for employees across the company or specific departments to acknowledge the required list of documents.
  3. A way to record and monitor each employee’s acknowledgment of each document in the list. Ideally, this acknowledgment would be confirmed with a digital signature and status.
  4. A consolidated report showing the acknowledgment status for all employees on each document.
