It will be implemented as "Satisfaction ratings" and "Reports", similar to |
Satisfaction ratings will be mailbox-specific. Ratings links will be sent to customers automatically with each reply above or below signature: @elfeffe Will this work for you or you want ratings to be sent only once when ticket is closed? |

Does it send an email after ticket closing to rate the service?
I use that in Zendesk, the weekly reports that tells us the satisfaction of the customers for example.
Is that implemented?
