Add categorised completion to aid productivity

Im adding this for implementation visibility and to record upstream changes that are outstanding.

Heres what the current prototype looks like:

Notes, theres no tooltips or icon glyphs as we are working with raw symbols. The pretty tooltip work will need to tie into this too.
