Need to move the code into this repository after branding the name of the product.

This needs to wait for some kind of stability and possibly

cosmos/cosmos-sdk#1554

^^ to land ...which I might volunteer to work on...

The way that I see the SDK CLI helping isn't so much in providing us a stable SDK, that's a way's off. Instead, it's providing us with a working setup each and every time that we can apply our changes to. When our next testnet is up, and our testnet explorer is up, I'd like to have a few swings at this.

I'm also saying that for now, I'm going to keep our "build it right from the example app" setup. Anything else would mean not staying up to date with the SDK.
