The simplest possible way to integrate HTMX with Blazor .NET 8 SSR + @page directives

Use @layout EmptyLayout for partials, and the RouteView in the App.razor specifies the DefaultLayout as the MainLayout class in the Layouts folder.

As easy as that, with as little Program.cs as possible.
