Copying a contact does not copy country and personnel directory

When copying a contact as a metadata provider, I noticed that information in Country and Personnel Directory (both are dropdowns) are not copied.

Hmm, turns out I cannot add it manually either. In fact, when I save the page, the metadata provider is not added. The resource has a lot of creators, is there a limit?

It seems to max out at 69, which is exactly the same as described in #2061

No action needed for now, I'll check if this is resolved by updating to IPT 3.1.0.
