Added getShow for Show. #1539

A slightly easier way to create an instance of Show from a function. Ex.

const showAsUppercase = getShow(capitalize)

vs.

const showAsUppercase: Show<string> = ({
    show: capitalize
})

The first version is less polluted(verbose) and easier to read.

Creating an instance of Show is a bit tedious. For example:
