Hi! I am wondering how tapqir defines/computes active fraction. I thought that active fraction is the fraction of target AOIs that have atleast one binding event. In my rastergram (attached here), this fraction seems to be above 80%. But the active fraction obtained after running time to first binding analysis in cosmos_ttfb-params-channel0.csv is 49%. Is the active fraction defined in some other way in tapqir?
