This will allow us to use/extend much more the use cases (eg use of arrays for multiple values in attributes)

The mirrorselect package in its current master has --country and --region options. We should somehow combine them with the upcoming makeconf provider in order to be able to add portage and distfiles mirrors to make.conf with mirrorselect, so we will be able to select number of mirrors, country, region, ipv4/6, http/ftp/rsync. I am not sure how those two can be combined in a single provider, ideas are welcome
