* Aerospike sink: one-to-many denorm

* Fetch all many-node baselines in first read batch

* Fix empty base on non-denorm persist

* Use epoch for commit opid

* Fix bug when initializing a batch with capacity 0

* Add denorm test infra

* Make `write_denormalized_to` optional

* Clean up denorm logic
