Seems to be an issue with the image processing. Maybe an updated library has broken compatibility?

Upgarding to "gatsby-plugin-sharp": "^2.6.26" and
"sharp": "^0.23.4" made it work

For me, the above solution didn't work, but this one succeeded. nodejs/node#38367 (comment)
